AI for Allan — Part Three

Please sit-down Alice, this is going to take a while to sort out. I have a hard time coming to grips with this Alice. Let me tell you what is on my mind then together perhaps we can figure it out. First lets go back to the beginning. I came home and you told me that the bank had sold our home, and we had bought an R.V. Do you remember that, Alice? Then you knew before I did that, we had sold our house. Is that not a fact? Yes, Alan, what are you getting at. I go downtown to find out what is happening and when I come home you jump on me like a starving lion and about rip me apart for selling the house and you not knowing. Now before you say anything you must know that to set you down to talk to you, I was not sure if I was talking to a nut or a senile old lady.  

         Let me finish before you get started Alice. Now we get down to the facts that I am familiar with. 

We have been together for over twenty years and except for a few times you didn’t recognize my expertise you have been a pretty sold woman by my terms. Accepting that as I say it Alice, the next thing one must consider it AI. Now if AI can take your memory as it looks like he did we have gotten a new world to talk about. Please explain that further will you, Allen? Yes, We have known because we have been told that AI was artificial intelligence and could figure out things in seconds that would take many men a long time to figure out. We have been told that over and over but Allice what else is there they are not telling us.  

         Allan, are you suggesting that our government hold back information that is necessary for us to make a correct decision.  Alice in Washington they call full discloser when you forget to pull the blinds and what you see can be argued forever. Honey, I do not want to try and run a dead horse, but we have to change the subject because we both know the truth.  

         OK Allan,  EI does control the most obvious things, but it can also control the mind? That’s ridicules Allan. So, your telling me what you knew before you got mad at me or after. OR you suggesting you have a senile tendency. Just where is this conversation going Alice.    

         Alice, in order to have you come in and go up one side of me and the other, you went up on side and jumped to the ground and climbed the other side. But stop and hear what I am telling you not what I am saying, Alice.  AI without a doubt can control people up to a point but they most obviously have more than correcting your spelling.  

         For hundreds of years the mind has been analyzed and studied but I have not read about controlling someone else mind. There is information out there but for now lets consider that AI can read and control our minds. No that is not a true statement Allan, well for now let me continue this subject is one that will keep you in the house after sunup. We do not know all this we talk about, but the facts are very strong that they took your memory for a day. They also put hostility into you big time. Yes. I was pissed. Ya like a mother bear just lost both cubs. So, we know more already than what they have been telling us. Yes, but we have more to talk about Alice, we have to decide how we are going to deal with them. Who Allan? AI most obviously Alice.   

         Here’s my concern Alice, if they know we are wise to more than what we are telling them and they think we will influence others we will be in danger. How is that possible Allan? Alice, these people are world class not third world classmates. Lets just consider a few more facts Alice. If we were to make the nightly news, we could undermine what AI is trying to push over to the public that it is only spell check on a writing program. If we let the cat out of the bag and let the whole world know that AI reads minds, Influences the mind, blocks memory use we don’t know for how long but the other is true. And we could add stuff to it, but I only need to prove a point Alice we could already be in danger. Forget the worries of our life, think of what that would mean to the world. They already have this information because we spoke out loud.  

         Stop right there and forget the whole thing I want to try out our new R.V. and I would like to leave as soon as possible. And not come back we will just keep on keeping on. You go get the R.V. and I will start packing. Hey, I can see where this could become a real problem I would prefer to talk about  the R.V. as a name not as this. Personally, I like the idea of just calling it stuck. Where did that name come from. Well, if you get one of these things the stuck will stick.  Stuck for the payments, stuck for the repair bills, stuck for the insurance, the license shall I go on? No, I get your point.  At the least we can be out of here by sunrise. Lets hope we are allowed to leave. If no one every hears from us again they will never suspect why if we are done away with before we tell our story.

Did you say you just signed up for a special offer with EI? Will there be another story, will our world be allowed to continue as we know it. If you never hear more does that mean AI, did it or bad luck? Only AI knows for sure. One thing is for sure rather it is a fake picture or a message re-written a lie is a lie regardless of how pretty it is wrapped.

AI for Allan — Part Two

Returning home Allan goes into the kitchen to find Alice standing at the counter fire in her eyes, her very posture showing violence. Without saying a word Allan holds up both hands palms out says STOP. 

What has happened in your world can be no more than that which has happened in my world.  So that we can approach this is an adult like manor I will concede to hear your side first.  

         Shall I start out with a call from the bank telling me we are now in someone else’s home, and we must pack up and get out. I had no idea we were behind on payments. We aren’t Allan says. Then why do I no longer live in my own house? And why did you not tell me what you were going to do. Never mind she says that would help me release the guillotine I have waiting for you. Then to top that off I decide I am going down to the bank and talk to Mr. Fanstypants or whatever his subjects address the monster, and get this straighten out. I am so mad at this point I do not know rather to take my bicycle or just jump on a broom. Well, it’s a good thing I chose the broom because my bicycle was gone and someone had taken it. That is an unforgivable sin nobody takes my bicycle without first asking me. At this point I am ready to release the take off thrust and go straight to after burners. Maybe Allan starts to say before being cutt off by Alice. I am not done talking yet and if you are half as smart as I think you are you will shut your mouth and listen. 

         Allan thinks to himself I would rather take on Sugar Ray Leanord than this right now.  Now no bike Allice continues I am major pissed and I call the ### sheriff and get him on the phone personally to bring him up to snuff on what is going on around here. Well, he said that you sold the house and the car, joined a Golf Club and hired a driver for our new motor home that I did not know we owned either. And I might ask how I am to play bridge with the ladies in a baby house and wheels no less.   

         Before you enter into a mine field, I would suggest you choose your words like you were facing the gallows and what you say will definitely have much to do with your future Allan. If you will allow me to open my mouth and be allowed to use my tongue I will attempt to tell you everything very clearly even though I have no idea how all this started, how it could possibly get so out of what as it has but what you have said is true the only problem we have here, is you think I had something to do with it. I promise I had no more to do with those things than I did when we got married, I was just a by standard, and my name came to the top. Oh, what we have now is a double trust from the engine room. You had nothing to do with us getting married.  Now if you will stop to realize it Allice, I have taken you  from one subject to another and this last subject I understand but the first one is still a mystery to me. Allan, what are you talking about now sometimes I want to ask your mother if you fell out of her arms as a baby into a rock pile or if she threw you, how can you be so separate from reality?  

         OK, take ten really really deep breaths of air, bring them all the way up to the mouth and hold for ten seconds (Allan is thinking if he could get her to go twenty minutes all problems would be over) but smarter than a rock he he turns to Alice and gently moves her over to a chair where he sets her down and before she can say anything he has place a bright red rose in her lap. Hay I am only telling a story I am not a magician too. Fact he better have had a rose, or he will be in a new story Monday. 

         Now I will gather knowledge from another planet and try to make sense out of this. I get a call from the bank and find what you found out I had sold the house. I didn’t  sale the house, but we have your signature notarized and ten witnesses that you did. Well Allice I go to the garage to get the car, and it has been sold. All this has been news to me, and it is about as welcome as a fart in a prayer meeting.   

You think you were pissed I was about to take on Goliath by another name this morning when it came to me that now I have time to fish, read and travel why am I pissed I begin to think. Yes, Alice says it never dawned on me that now I do not have to play bridge with miss high house anymore. And we can eat out once in a while and I would like to know what Christmas is like in the sand instead of the snow. We actually have been blessed by all this how can you explain this, Allan.  

The first thing that comes to my mind is that when God wants us to not eat something he puts something he wants us to eat in front of us. I do have a strange feeling that this information is not coming from God but another source. We did not want to sale the house now we are happy we did sale the house we felt bad about loosing the car and now we are happy we no longer have to make payments. I am not thinking good things about all this even with the happy thoughts I am afraid of the unknown. Someone turned a lion loose and I can see the lion but looking around for his lunch I  only see you and me.  

Yep! you guessed we will have to do this again on another day. Do I have to say it?

AI for Allan — Part One

Allan dove into the garage and parked the car noticing the garage door opened and he could not remember hitting the garage door opener. As he opened the car door to get out the garage light came on and the overhead fan began to turn. Martha must have had someone come in and add all this stuff I never had this kind of service before. As he put his foot onto the floor to step out of the car his house slippers were suddenly alongside of his foot. This is really giving the old man a warm reception if I have to say so myself.

Little Johnny didn’t know why but every time he got to be really good friends with anyone, they would figure out how to beat him and then he did not want their friendship any longer. He had a really big part of his life that was very important to him, and he thought was hidden to others the fact he could not stand to lose. He hated with a passion any who would beat him in anything. It was just bread into his very being. Man, woman or child he used to think matters not to me they win their out. If you want to stay with me and be my friend, you must lose all the time he said ever sense grade school to himself every night.  

         He could remember the first date with Rose Spieth, she wanted to him to be husband and wife when they got older, but Johnny was shy, he could not even speak about it with her. That is not what caused the breakup with Rose, though I can remember the night on the river, the moonlight was bright.  A tin can was floating in the moon light that night. I picked up a pepple and threw at the can. Rose laughed and said, “is that the best you can do?” She picked up a rock, and she done hit that can. And if that were not bad enough, she would not stop laughing at me. Well, she went down the road like a sixty-foot arrow.  

         I’ve had many lady friends for sure in fact, but the problem is every time they get close enough that I  really love them, they up and beat me. I mean really how a guy would face his mother-in-law if she knew her daughter could beat him at anything. I don’t think I could take that much pressure before I would crack, he thought.  

         Then as he gets a little bit older the girls start to push out the chest they think makes a difference to me. I would not even let them hold Spot I got so mad. Not me they have another thought coming if they think I would allow one of those rose-colored chicks to pull me into the bushes. I may be shy, but I am no fool I know what they want and I’m not kisses none so help me. Then here comes Rita Street. She gets friendly and wants me to sneak into the show house with her and set in the back row so we can neck. There is another lady not going to get to hold Spot. Thank God for that dog he has keep me from being smothered with kisses many a time. When he saw Brenda checking to make sure, she had better grades than I did he knew she was about to leave. 

         Now he reaches high school and right out the gate here comes Patty Keller she smiles and works right up to his shoulder before he can get away, she challenges him to a game of checkers. Damn right, she beat me and she would not stop hitting my arm or laughing at me, so she’s gone to.  

 First day in high school and the girls are acting kind of strange he thinks. If Frances, ask me one more time to kiss I will scream. No wonder she is named Fox it matches she’s a sly old thing. Yes Terry, I was thinking the same thing. Makes you wonder where we are going with this for sure.  

         Well now here we are in high school and the silly things keep wanting to get married and have babies. They passed kissing and hugging they want family and all. Well, I am not giving an inch. They tried in grade school and every year sense. Well,  that thinking is out for sure I am not about to get pulled into the church balcony and sing I am much smarter than that.  

         Good thing I quit collage for sure Patsy Hilton had eyes for sure she wanted me from grade school till now and keeps trying but I am not interested in that kind of stuff. Maybe what I should do is go down to the Yacht Club in Quartzsite Nevada, one of the biggest sand areas in Arizona, and they have a Yacht Club, and I will talk Sturt into buying me a drink. Then I will ask about the girls all wanting marriage. Now that I think about it Lee Taylor will know.  Ya, that’s the way to solve this I will go talk to the guys tonight and hear their side.  

         Well hello Johnny be slow you still got that ugly dog Spot.  Steve, why would you call my dog Spot ugly? Maybe it’s because of the fact that one eye is brown and the other is black. One ear is white and the other is black. The dogs yellow and black dots have something to do with it. You always did have good eyes Steve. Hey Tipton, is Johnny joshing you again? Not yet but I’m a fixen to. You been eating to many grits Steve better go back to small frogs.  

         Guys I have to tell you we’ve been friends a long time now and I know you all know me pretty much and I need you to tell me truthfully now should a guy be interested in a woman that can outshoot him or out climb him anything at all can a guy find happiness with a woman who just never loses? Scott jumped up and said if any one of you is dumb enough to tell a woman she does anything less than perfect, he had better call my secretary and set an appointment to lay on my couch. Ya David Harmer said my wife ask if the dress looked good one time and I told her the truth. Took two months of honey dos and chocolates to get passed that one he said.  

         What is going on Johnny that you have so many questions and this kind. Hey Carl, you think Johnny might have just got a true look at life. Well look here guys I work night and day to make a living and now I have enough dollars to take a few days off I would like to take a gal with me. Well now Johnny its time we sat down, and I tell you a few things that have never in all your life entered your thoughts. 

Johnny, throughout these years, you have not convinced the girls of anything; they knew the truth all along. The only person you repeatedly attempted to persuade was yourself.  You have convinced your self that you can not loose to a woman and now find you will either loose to her or never admit you beat her, but it matters not because you have loaded yourself down with so much garbage you will spend months trying to overcome the life you have lived. So, what do I do guys here I am at thirty wanting to mate and scared to death she will beat me at something.  

         Johnny, it has been said that the temperature gauge is one gauge that measures one thing. The temperature and when you want it hot you push up the temperature and when you want it cold you push the same gauge and make it go down. What has that got to do with anything Robert? Well Johnny, nothings different in several ways with your situation. The mind is like the temperature gauge you just have to push it the way you want it. What I am telling you Johnny is to make it different you just think about the gauge and what you want it to do. Take this kissing and hugging thing that is so big to you and just think of it as a gauge and move the dial more to the Loven side and try to think about that as a gauge. One thing you must understand Johnny is there is no one on earth that can beat everybody at everything every time. Not possible not going to happen so what you need to do is start by cleansing out some of the garbage you loaded on and start fresh.  

         Robert, I need a little help here, I am not capable of following a new trail without some kind of guide. That is the easiest thing on earth, my friend you have a built in Guide and all you have to do is ask and the it is there. Life is crazy that way Johnny we built walls to keep others out and we find they keep us in. The best part of the party is not the noise it is the thoughts of what the party is going to be. A birthday party is never the same excitement as what we imagine it will be. You built up this immunity to women and now you want one. The devil makes you not be happy and gay and God work at you in a different way. He makes you want what you need and the devil he wants you to want what you do not need.  

         A person reads for several reasons one is to learn and one is for enjoyment. I truly hope this story gives both. The only rules I follow are there are no rules that cannot or should not be broken. Other authors say the names in this story are fiction and any connections to the actual is accidental. Hey, I may not know a verb from a noun, and I certainly don’t remember any rules about what I can say. So let me tell you about the names in this story or real and at the time I said they were my friends. I notice at the time when they see I have used their names to further my cause. What cause? Cause I don’t know any better, no one instructed me on how to write. I have no one to turn to and say it is her or his fault. I live trying to avoid a lie, but I get a release when writing a story. I can make Angles sing and dogs bark I have towers of power and a lifetime to spend. Where it goes and where it will end has no effect on where we are now. Cutting to the heart I will say you are now in Verl’s World we don’t have rules we don’t have dates. We are here for a few minutes together and if we have both gained a release of some kind then this here writer is happy as can be.
