Fasting today again; Today is the second day and I know from past history that it will not be as easy as yesterday was. I started this weight loss at around 318 pounds. Finally said to myself that was it no more.

Having figured out that to quit cigarettes was not as tuff as dieting. I reasoned that to make a guy quit cigarettes and tell him to smoke three or four a day until he got over the habit made about as much sense as cut down on your food and you will lose weight.

Tell an alcoholic to drink only three drinks a day and you will eventually be alcohol free. Didn’t go to Yell but I did yell a lot in hallways. The echo made as much sense to me as a diet.

Myself personally and that is the one that guides my foolishness says cutting down is stupid cutting out makes more sense. I learned years ago that I lost weight when I did not eat and that scale encouraged me to reach my goal.

My first start on this journey when I had finally put the determination into me head that I was finished being a fat slob. I was into the fasting about four days on that first run and someone said to me that is not healthy. I ask is it less healthy for the body to be one hundred pounds overweight or go without food for a few days.

I went from 318 to  around 300 pounds in that first fast. As I remember it was nine days, but I drank water, coffee, tea or whatever I wanted but no alcohol. After the nine days of fasting, I came off of it and when I started to eat I went back to about 308 real fast. I rocked up and down from there and tried several diets but still maintained that 300 plus weight.

Conclusion: Fasting will do it I  tell myself. I went five days and dropped to below 300 which I told myself if I went over that I would immediately go on a fast. I have held at 280, 262, 230 and now heading for 220 which if that is a platform I must use I will .  Each time I had to fast to get off the weight that seems to be except able to my body but not to me.

I personally feel dieting is to maintain, not lose, as I have previously explained. This time , I have added my pipe smoking to the fasting. I love the leaning back holding  the pipe. The smell, the taste the mental imagery it brings to me. But I know all that it causes cancer, stinks, is messy, and smelly to most.

Fanny my woman hates the pipe like a skunk hates a dog. Hell, I gave her a diamond ring, and she still expected me to shower. If God had meant me to be an Angel he would have gave me wings I told her.

Anyway, here I am setting thousands of miles away from my roots, slave to a woman, a man deprived of food and smokes.  Forced to look out to sea and pound on a keyboard for exercise. Just so you know it’s not where you are, it’s not who you know, it’s not what you eat. So, what is it? Give me a two-pound steak and I will tell you.

As always I have an urge to put to words things that are on my mind. Because I  feel so deeply that God has blessed me in any way possible to have things, not that I deserve, but he saw and gave to me.

It is said in the bible that old men will have tongues and prophecies. I have been speaking in tongues for years. When in Costa Rica I had those speaking in Spanish and I would talk back in tongues, and they laughed not knowing it was Gods language.

Now I am going to give voice to the prophecies which I feel so strong about.

I think the Iran problem is controlled by God, and the ending will be a great victory to the world.

I predict the oil will be used to pay off much debit of the United States.

I predict that President Trump will come out of this with standing ovation. He will go down in history as the greatest leader to ever to hold office in the world.

I feel that God is moving in and will give us an opportunity to see the effects of his words. I  feel there will be an obvious emotional concept that will spell out “Hate” verses “Love”. The blind may not agree but they will feel the deference.

The readers of this that enjoy my words will hope that I am correct those that do not but read anyway will laugh and hope I am just an old man with dreams. Right or wrong it is my thoughts and as usual I just can’t hep it.

why should I worry why should I sweet? When we have God we are all set.

It comes to me that my articles should be addressed as to where and who sees them. When I write it goes into a site that is open to the world. All who want or care can read it as assume is correct. If a reader should see something they agree with they have the same ability and rights to forward that to another.

Does it matter where our friends find God? The results are the same when the message arrives where it came from is not as important as the subjective. I am not in any way trying to advocate these writings on the same platform as God I am trying to give credibility to the subject is all.

My readers are limited to passing these messes age Forword if that person is using them for the same reason. However: if these were to be meant to add to one’s profit rather raising one personal platform or gaining profits then then they have stepped over  the line. I give for free, not for profit and any who stumble upon something they have read and like should understand where the line is drawn.

I have a platform of readers, it is small and I can stand on that platform and still have room for my coffee cup. Those readers understand and expect what I say is what I say. So far in the years of writings, I have gained two dollars from a book to a customer on a yard sale in Nevada. He bought two Great Eagle Books at one dollar a copy that I had printed in my office. That out of the way my intent is not financial, and if it were to double, it still would contain my enter thoughts, as if my head were not hollow. Hey don’t laugh, better a vacuum than a garbage bag.

Surveys, Surveys then we get ratings and who do you think writes the Surveys? The same one who do the ratings is a sure bet.

I can get a survey right here in Colombus, South America to give ten to one that pigs can fly. I can do the same with Secretary of the Army in America or Africa.

 

Tell me what you want to hear, and I will show you a great writer. Who on this planet would trade two sticks of bubble gum for the results of a Survey? Hey! I can show you a survey showing the president of the United States, Biden had a low rating for doing nothing, Now Trump is president and the ratings are low because he does too much. “Get the bum out of there he is rocking my cherry bowl.” Well maybe not actually heard anything this soft.

Want a head count what would suffice to convince you that all this was dreamed up before Artificial Intelligence.

Those great minds cram that down our throats like we are as dumb as they are.

Hey great minds I am going to have a little actual down-to-earth survey and head count right now. All those out there that read this and are left-handed, will you please raise your right hand. Those that are right-handed will you please rise your left arm. I spell it out so no one can say if was not biased, all rules had been explained, and the results are checked over twice before distribution.

Please keep your hands in the air a moment until I get finished counting the hands. I must have this accurate because it will be on the news. Ok I got it I counted the hands that I  could see from where I am setting, and I can see two but that is one hundred per cent of those in attendance.

Is there another Survey you would like me to replicate?  Want a town hall meeting? Please allow me time to hire the audience that would  agree to all that I say during the meeting. I figured that out without A I. and my sister never went to school , never learned to spell, read, or sy fure and here we are.

I could close this up with a prayer, but I would have to wake those in attendance. As allways I get to say what my OPENION is.

Our world is going back to seed in the desert of humanity. Not because of guns, not because of to much plastic in the sea. No dear friend right or wrong, our world needs to do the same thing that a great coach just hired to bring the highest lowers together.

“We have to get back to basics”.

Before they took History, religion and a few others out of schools and public view. Before they discouraged prayer we had a better social standard throughout the world. When parents taught it at home, when going to church was encouraged not discouraged.

When those that don’t believe in a God would keep their mouths shut; and let me have the same freedom that those, that want to stand against my belief that God controls.

Going back to basics is where this game must continue. Ignorance and self-worth are passed until our society finds a self-value both personal and socially and accepts they do not know it all do not see it all when our fellow humans finally figure out they do not know all that they could use so help. When love prevails and hate is degraded we can find happiness here. All in attendance say: Amen.
