Admiration for those that have made history and gave us something or someone to be proud of. Can anyone Β imagine what it would take to put together this whole world and the things that we take for granite? Did you ever consider that all that we have all that we look forward to was put together in the twinkle of an eye.
The writers who have so humbly gave us things that we read, and know, they put together this information, but think deeper, and understand this ability was handed to all of us.
I think of the day in Panama City when taking a break from the closed confines of the Casino I was in. I went to the doors that was the entrance to this hotel/Casino and there was a small table there for snacks, smokers, lunch and whatever. The sidewalk table took part of the sidewalk and the curb for the road was right there in front of me. Panama uses dollars not pasos, so I had gotten several dollar coins. Along would come these poor and starving people. The young would hold their hand out. When I placed a dollar coin in the hand of one of these very young children and watch the eyes light up. The smile and the gratitude they thought was theirs. God placed a spot in each of us for kindness and love. How could these be thought of thousands of years ago? I continually thanked God for giving me the opportunity of feeling that and allowing me to be able to hand and watch the child wrap their in their little fist around that coin, and what they said was in Spanish not English, but it came through as it was intended.
How could one possible think of giving us the ability of those feelings, those smiles, those very emotions that is hard to put to words.
We watch the athletics in all their splendor and are amazed at what they do but that was handed to them with the same breath we each received. The great voices we hear, the gifts of our world is not thought of as to the creator, had blessed us with this, and knew at the time what he had created.
The woman spends time making the meal, but her ability was handed to her generations ago. Things what we do, say, and feel, have been gave to us with deep thoughts, and careful planning. Consider I felt good giving a dollar, but he had to think of makingΒ that dollar. Making the moment to pass that dollar, the child was part of this, and when we really stop, and think of what that must have taken to plan all this out, makes me say, βThank you for being my fatherβ, and thanks for giving me the breath, and ability, to say I am truly humbled by your gifts to all of us, and that you knew when you did it.
